These people call at the most inconvenient and dangerous times. Like when one is on a ladder painting the house, at a busy intersection or another driver makes a mistake etc. It's like they have GPS and are getting revenge because you won't be scammed. Wonder how many stealth deaths and accidents are caused by these people?
