Who called from 7042640004

I call number back and it was a message saying it has been changed or no longer in service. They call all of the time and never leave voice mails.  This should be illegal!

Several calls from this number but when I call back it doesn't even ring.

I too am getting these annoying calls from this number.  And when I answer there is no one there or the immediatly hang up and when I try to call it back to let them know to quit calling it doesn't even ring!!! Wtf is this??

This number is not even register with any cell company or regular phone company.
