Deceptive tactics at best. Will ask for someone (Debra). When told they have the wrong number, they say "oh well maybe you can help me" and then launch into their sales pitch. They evidently think this is a workaround to the Do Not Call list. FTC says no it's not and I've reported the caller.
Got a call from this # to my cell phone at 6:35 on a Sunday evening. Did not recognize it and didn't answer. No message left. Came through as being from Cleveland, NC.
