No, that's probably just coincidence. Too many other people get the same scam/telemarketing phone call, including us. The important thing is not to answer any call where you don't recognize the number--if it's legitimate, they can leave a message. And never press the "More info" or "Opt out" number; that just lets them know they've got a "live one."
