Got a call from this number on Nov 6, 2015 at 1:00 PM. Did not recognize the phone number or the Caller ID "N.C. Caller" so did not answer the phone. Checked out the number here and looks like more unwanted low-life trash trying to separate me from my money. Too bad Jack, your number has been added to my call blocker.
