Have gotten a couple of messages from this number. A recording about a 'new' American Recovery Act - ha! That is from 2009! And something about a renewable energy program. Want u to press numbers if u r a home owner etc. Filing complaint with donotcall.gov. assume its phishing.

...attempting to learn who is calling I called this number back from my CELL PHONE number and reached a recorded message instructing me to 'press 1 to speak to "one of our service associates"...pressed '1' and was informed to 'leave a message"

with the second call today from this number, I can report that a recording played "encouraging me" to press '1' if I was paying more than $150 per month or electric...yada,.., yada,.., yada...
...gave the caller the benefit of the doubt when they called this morning but the "same day-second call" get a BLOCK on their number...end of story...
