Got this call earlier this morning - ID Charlotte, NC. Since I don't know anybody in Charlotte, as I live in SoCal - I didn't answer. No message left. I don't owe any outstanding debts so I don't believe this is a collector.
Just got a call at 9:10am PST on 8/12/2014 from this number and Unavailable ID. No voicemail, and now that I've read these posts, I can see that there's no need to call back.
Same here, called my cell phone. Pedro's busy today. Added to blocked list.
I think these are the shysters who buy up delinquent debt for pennies on the dollar and they do whatever they can to try to locate the debtor. I'm not sure why I keep getting calls from these people unless the person who once had my cell phone - over 10 years ago - was a deadbeat.
