704-294-0630 robo-call on 6/9/16 @3:32PM "Cindy Spradley" ID; Card Services; usual Spoof-Card-Services- robo-call Same-Script; I callback 704-294-0630 and voicemail option is asking you to leave a message. This robo-call is the same scam after 5 years --temporarily shut down by FTC, but  starting up again. Even "Rachel" is in action again violating private phone time.
