The information I got on this number when I reverse looked up the number on the white pages is Travis Phelps, Salisbury, NC. Constantly calls and does not answer when returning the call. Does not leave messages and hangs up when you answer. I do not know this person and how they got my cell number.

This is a collection agency collecting for medical bills.
