This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further violate it by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. In addition, they fail to provide a physical address or a phone number when asked as required by the TCPA since you can never get to an operator. Their recording goes on about how you can make thousands of dollars per week using their marketing system, but they never mention a product or service provided - other than the marketing system. This is clearly a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
