Robocall from this # came to this business, I dialed "1" to get a representative. Rep identified with a name and then said "Litigation". (Scam alert!) He then asked for an employee who has been plagued by payday loan scam collectors several times. I asked the rep to take the number off their list.(Third parties have this right.) He claimed that they had some non-existent extension number and had spoken with the targeted person at this number in July. (I just love catching them in a lie!) I told the rep there was no such extension. He asked if I knew how to get in touch with the target and I told him that I didn't, and, according to state law, was forbidden to tell him even if I did know. He responded with a sarcastic "Okay..." and hung up. He never did not say he would take the number out of the system.

I'm really, really tired of these scammers. They're popping up everywhere and don't care how much they break the law.
