I got a call from this number. It was a scam, the guy that called me barely spoke English, he was offering me a job at a payroll company for the government and such, he was very vague and it seemed like I was the one doing the job interview. As if he really thought I was going to fall for that, once he said the word "government" why in the world would the "government" hire somebody from craigslist to do payroll. He contacted one of my friends initially. She then gave him my number, she thought I might take the job.

I asked them if they had a website so they gave me this web address www.paychex.com, which I bet, they just picked a random company. In the end, when I started asking more questions about him and the company, he was getting nervous. With his heavy accent, I couldn't understand him very much. He asked me how I would like to get paid, without discussing anything else with me, he just went directly to wanting to get my info. I just told him I didn't want his job, called on him and his bs and told him he was a scammer (sp?). He got nervous and hung up the phone. Mind you, before talking to me, he was text messaging me instead. Very unprofessional. Then I sent him a last text message, telling him I reported his phone number to the police. Although 760-705-8888 was the number he initially called me, he messaged me firs from 704-323-6818.
