I rec'd a call from this phone number stating they were looking for a relative and they had a claim filed against them. I advised this relative of this but when I looked on my caller id they have called me a total of six times but didn't leave a message. I reversed the 704 number and came upon this website. I advised this relative and they gave me the 866 # and we called both #s 704-323-8978 and 866-545-9413 and they were both disconnected. I advised them to file a complaint with the BBB
I had a message on my phone the other night that tells me I had a investigation against me and they were calling to discuss. I am completely at a loss since the name they used for me is one I officialy changed back in 1993. Pretty certain it is a fraud call since my credit is impeccable.

And called my sister trying to get Information on me. This is a scam called both numbers and they were disconnected. Date called was on Feb 25th
I got a call from this 704-323-8978 last night asking to speak to a relative and I told them they had a wrong number. They did not identify themselves. They said I was listed as an emergency number for this person and I told them that was not true. I have not spoken to this relative in 15 years and do not know where the person is.

The woman asked for a relative (my husband). I said he was not available.
I told her I was his wife, could she please tell me what this was about. She told she would have to have his permission to share this information. She was with the B to B investigation and that it was important for him to call her back at866-545-9413. That they are about to have a civil complaint file against him if he does not respond. I googled this 704-323-8978 number and came acroos this site.
