This guy is persistant! Calls every day even though we have asked him not to. I may try using an air horn on him next time.
Two more calls and he won't be able to hear!
Idiot just called me. As soon as he said "Hello, sir" I told him that I had some big problems on my windows system, and that it must be reporting errors, but I needed to know which system it was. He kept going back to the start of his script every time I interrupted him asking 'dumb' questions. I finally yelled at him to put down the script and tell me which system had the problem. Told him I was looking at 8 screens, and needed the IP and MAC address of the system with the problem. After he went back to the beginning of the script (for the 4th or 5th time) I told him that if there was a problem on one of these systems, then it was a really bad problem since they have 'classified security' information on them. Told him I would have to patch the police in to the call, since I wasn't supposed to do anything to these systems without permission, and he had to explain it to the police. He hung up as soon as the police calls started coming in on the scanner next to the phone, but I had strung him along for a good 10 minutes before that.
These idiots just called me, and as above said he was with windows and wanted me to turn on my computer, and said my computer has been sending out MALWARE for the last two weeks. I asked him when the last time my computer was on and sent a bad message containing the Malware, and he went on & on, So much back ground noise I could hardly hear him, and suggested he go into another room to call me back. Ask him where he was located, South----something. Anyway the call was auto terminated. What does that tell you? When he said hes authorised by windows, my reponse was and I'm and I'm SANTA CLAUSE.
