Got a call, man's voice, used my name...told me they "reversed the VTO and can come in to the office if you want to...but it is not mandatory that you be there, since we already told you to take the day off." Also told me to call his boss (Angela). Weird.
I got a call from this number: 704 337 2980. It IS from a benefit center, however... I believe this is a benefit center that is serving many companies. I work for General Dynamics Electric Boat and called the benefit center with an issue. They just called me back to let me know they are still working on my issue.
My point is, that if you work for a large company, then this benefits center may be servicing your company, not necessarily just Target.
yes, this IS a benefits center, must be like a clearing house for benefit centers. am a GM "survivor" & have an open ticket re: the misspelling of my last name. the woman that i originally spoke with called to update me on the status of my case & when all should be rectified. she called on the # i gave her & within the time frame she told me i should hear back. she left a diff number, the correct GM Benefits #, to call if i have any further problems or questions. couldn't get to my ph & she left msg on my machine.
