Called today, 3/15/2016.  previously called on 3/9/2016.  ID shows Justin Jacobs.  Don't know anyone by that name

Got a call from this number today. Caller ID said Justin Jacobs. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

TLDR : Scam Call
Callerid if just showing Charlotte NC and quick check shows this number originated several type of spam calls.
This time they are trying typical IRS scam saying that they are filing lawsuit against whoever they are calling.
it is originally VOIP call so origin is likely overseas.
