I keep getting this call from this number they are getting annoying and they have been threating us. They will not give us any information and said that unless we call them in a certain length of time they are going to issue a arrest warrant.

Theya re a colelctor trying to use scare tactics to get you pay on an old payday loan. They leave messages for anyone to hear with yourpersonal information, they call your boss and leave them messages about you. They threaten to put out a warrent for you. Which they can not do...Unpaid pay day loans are a civil matter not a criminal one. I tell them to send the p;olice.. Ive already reported them and have a complaint opened with the sherrifs office....
