Its a third party telemarketer for AT&T. They will lie in order to get information on your account so they can upgrade it and get a commission. BEWARE they upgraded my account with out permission. AT&T's response "sorry about that".
Did you know that it is illegal for a company to use a 'fake name' on Caller ID? A company is supposed to list the real name of there company along with a phone number. A law was passed a few years back, regarding this. Name coming up as Interactive Sol.
We would give anything to get rid of AT&T and there dirty business practices.
