This number 704-412-2709 is for ACS arbitration. They had a case number to give me and a call back number of 866-474-6148. I do not know who they are but they are obviously some sort of collection agency. I asked them if they are affiliated with ACS education services and they said no.
A woman called the office today completely rude. She even had the balls to tell me why didn't I respond a certain way in the beginning instead of wasting her time. OMG. They are losers but I am at work, being polite, giving no information out and this lady has the audacity to talk to me like that. I ended up hanging up on her. She dared to leave a message her and let me know that she would be contacting 'the corporate office' and letting them know how rude I was. This is overwhelming and somehow people need to take them down. I am at work and getting these calls and SHE WAS RUDE. Wrong, big time.
