Called my cell, and normally I don't answer, but I had made contact to some members of a hunting club I joined and thought it could be someone from there, so I answered. No response when I picked up. Now blocked.
SCAM! Called at 7:46 PM EDT Monday evening, July 30, 2017. Called back several times, got a busy signal. Called back later and it rang twice and the line went dead. SCAM.
Caller asked for Martha -- then, an actual human comes on as asks for a donation to the Breast Cancer Foundation of North Carolina. Don't answer! No reputable company would use this tactic.
Number showed up out of Charlotte, NC Knowing that it was probably a scam of some kind I answered anyway just to see what these people were up to. She asked for Brendon and I said I'm sorry you've reached Harleygirl... She said "oh well we were calling for either one of you." LOL My husband's name is Eddie not Brendon. She continued on with we are setting up a campaign drive to raise money and awareness for the Breast Cancer Awareness for the ladies who can no longer afford to have the testing done.... I of coarse hung up. Same number last month called and they were raising money for the Families of the Fallen State Troopers. SMH
