This call comes everyday and they hang up

This annoying phone caller will call my residence weekly from Charlotte, NC. When I call back, the phone number disconnects.

Call nearly every day and never leaves a message or speaks when you answer the phone. They should be prosecuted for harrassing phone calls. I am on National Do Not Call List. What good does this do anyway!!!!
