We received a call from 704-413-7001 on 8/2/17 at 11:49 AM EDST. Caller ID showed LIFE CHOICES. My husband answered the call and talked with a female caller. He asked her to remove our number from the calling list. This was about Medicare Supplemental Insurance. The # is now blocked, but it will ring one time if they call back.
