They called my fiances cell phone which used to be my cell phone randomly. I called it back from the house phone only to get a voice mail. They then proceed to call back. I am on my landline and it sounds like they are on a cell phone in a remote area of south america. They spoke spanish and i couldnt understand any of it. Meanwhile i find out 704 is a North Carlina area cod...WEIRD.
