They said they were calling from a customer service center... They've called me 4 times in the last 3 hours. I tried calling back twice and it immediately goes to voicemail so I left a message twice saying to remove me from their database or whatever and then the one time I did answer, they didn't say anything and another time they said they were from a customer service center... i didn't let them finish i just said they need to remove me immediately. i can't find any info on them online to report them to the BBB.
they called me too and said i won a $40 visa gift card to please call 888-440-9376 to claim the gift card. I called the 888-440-9376 and a guy named Steven answered the call and said that Congratulations, you've won a $40 gift card just by completing a survey online. Then he said that they are offering a travel/shopping discount program or something like that for $1.00 for the first 30 days and then it'll be 19.99 after that. He said in case I want to cancel before the 30 days to call 877-488-9480 to cancel. He asked for my credit card info but I told him I don't feel comfortable or interested in this deal. He said thank you and hung up in a disappointed attitude. I later called the cancellation ph# to verify if someone would even answer and after calling 4 different times the phone automated system answers by saying this is a wireless customer and is not available. Also called the 888-440--9376 ph# in which I initially spoked with him and now the phone automated system keeps saying "Goodbye" after several attempts. I also called the ph#704-422-8034 which originally left me a message regarding this $40 visa gift card but goes straight to voicemail. I think this guy is a scammer and need to be careful when he calls. Unable to report him on BBB since I don't have his info. all I know is that he might be from New London, NC near Badin/Stanley County area. I just don't want anyone to get scammed and have a Wonderful Christmas.
