Robo call from “Lisa at Card member services” about credit card interest rates, I pushed three to talk to someone (my objective is to waste as much time of theirs as I can). I was transferred to a guy with a heavy accent. He explained that since I did not miss any payments I was eligible for the plan He asked which card had the most debt and I said it was a Visa, he said he needed the expiration date, I said December 2017. I told him I need a second to find the card and then asked him for a telephone number that I could call him at in case we got cut off. He immediately hung up on me. I kept him tied up for two minutes. If everybody could tie them up for only 2 minutes they would go out of business. BUT remember do not give them any valuable information!!
