I pushed 1 to talk to someone, (my objective is to waste as much time of theirs as I can) Brian came on the line and asked if I was over 28 years old and I said yes and I ask him to wait a minute while I finished a phone call (I was at work) then I said to my co worker I had to take a vey important call and I asked Brian who he was representing and he hung up. I kept the line busy for 2 minutes.
