The card service scammers WILL 'service' our credit cards, BUT, when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!
This is another block of numbers bought up by Russia to have an American number in your ID.

Called again to day around 10 am. Just as I was putting a little one down for a nap. Because of them I have my ringer on low and set my machine to pick up after 5 or 6 rings. They never or hardly ever leave a message. But the caller ID boasting 'Consumer SVCS' is all the red flag I need to ignore them until the end of time.
Remember this number and a whole block of numbers (possibly hundreds) on either side of it was bought up by some Russian company just so they could have an 'American' number. Don't fall for them - don't even pick it up.
If you don't have caller ID, pick up your phone, wait for ID - don't say anything, If ID or a sales pitch comes and you don't like who or what is said - just hang up. Don't respond either if they say your name. Wait for them to say something that lets you know who they are and what they are up to. If they hang up all the better.
Remember your phone is your tool not theirs.

At 3:55pm we received a call from 1-704-457-9278 from North Carolina indicating it was card member service offering to lower the interest rate on our credit cards. My son played along (as we have received these calls before from different numbers/locations) turning the tables on them. When he told them we were on the "do not call list" and we would be filing a complaint and contacting our attorney they hung up. This is a total scam - all they want is your credit card information so they can steal your identity.
