Is that who they are? He told me his name was Michael Moore and that I was under 2 fraud investigations from the Dept of Investigations. Well he left a message and said it's in my best interest to call back before 6 or get a lawyer and good luck!
This moron called me with some nonsensical rambling about being from the "department of investigation". we asked him if he was THE Michael Moore and if he was from the "one and only Department of Invesigation"? He babbled something about pursuing ...mumble, mumble, mumble......click......guess his heart wasn't really in it today
i just got 4 calls on my cell and a message saying about the same but they didn't mention a payday loan. just that she was ashley smith from the investigations dept and she has an affadavit for the states attorney office and it is in my best interest to call back with my attorney and good luck. didn't say what investigation or what state. I had this happen about 2 years ago.
rec'd call 4 times and 1 voice mail from this number from an ashley smith in the investigations dept she has an affadavit with my name on it .....my name before i got remarried in 2012....for the state attorneys office. what is being investigated and what state? she said it would be in my best interest to call back with my attorney and wished me luck!! i had a scam call like this a few years ago.
