Claiming to be form the NC trooper's Association, but when I tried to speak, it just kept talking so I blocked the number

Called my home telephone number on 05/11/2017 @ 5:29 pm. Claimed to be representing NC State Troopers Association of something similar. I hung up before he could finish his spiel.
