Received call from this number on my cell #. When I answered it was a girl named Rachel who said she was from credit card & I immediately hung up. I knew it was a scam call. I called the number back and it went to answer for a Vera Lanier who sounded to be an old lady. So many scammers out there with no one to stop these calls.
