has missed calls from this number yesterday about 11am, then just now again (about 10am). both times there was a voicemail but it was a recording and sounds like the automated voice started talking as soon as my voicemail greeting picked up b/c it was midway through for the message it left me. all I could make out both times was "... calling to set up an interview with you. to speak to someone in our HR dept, press 1. to remove your name from our calling list, press 2" or something like that. I haven't applied for any jobs or anything like that so I have no idea what it's about. trying to find out who it is online before just trying to call the number back... I'm figuring it's some type of scam or trick to get me to call them.
I have received 3 calls today from this number, at 8:30, 10:30 and 11:45. It is American Insurance Co. They scan resumes on Career Builder and/or Monster.com, get your info and then start calling you. I also receive about 5 email requests a day from them to come in for an interview and I have repeatedly told them NO, I am not interested, but they ignore me. Very irritating.
