It is Credit One. Earlier in the day I called them because I was actually late. The person on the phone was nice and took my payment and waived the late fee. Later that day I received 2 calls. First one when I answered no response. Second call they finally answered after 10secs of being on the phone. This lady was rude and was trying to collect on what I paid earlier that same day. I interrupted her and she told me not to be rude and reconfirmed what she already knew. I told her that I already confirmed everything this morning and any unnecessary calls going forward will be documented as a form of harassment She said thank you and hung up. When you're in the right be forceful with these guys and don't let them bully you. I'm paying off this card and canceling them the first chance I get.
