These people are calling and saying they have a claim against some one in my family that has the same name thinking they are calling that family member, my phone number has NEVER been in this family members name, (they are calling my cell phone. I don't live with this family member either. They  left a voice mail saying " we have a claim against you and you must call back at 1-877-631-9688 and give your Work and Home address and phone numbers", and they gave a claim number. My sister called back from her phone they said they were a "process company" and kept asking for a claim number, of course she didn't give it to them, they would not tell her anything unless she gave a claim number, of course she didn't I just had her call so it would be from a different phone other than mine. I called the family member and he said it sounds like a scam, and he has no claim against him, he is a very honest elderly man.... so probably they think my number was his and are trying to scam him. I just scrolled through my caller ID at my office and the phone number is on there as well.
