This number calls my cell phone everyday and I do not know who it is.

According to Google:

Hair Club For Men, 704-523-5430, 5600 77 Center Dr, Charlotte, NC, 28217

A young (sounding) lady called me today. Left no message.

Correction - It's an agency that handles newspaper renewals. My paper subscription had run out.

my cell number is on the national do not call list and this woman called my phone asking for someone else.

i'm also pretty sure that this is the same number that was calling my roommate's phone for a few weeks straight.
