I also received a call from this number, which showed as originating in North Carolina. I received the call Jan 5th, 2009, called back 25 minutes later and got no answer or machine.
19June09 7:30PM PDST (Left Coast) Got a call from this number..which STILL got through even though my number is blocked to callers without ID information...is registered (and updated regularly every 7-8 weeks on all my SPAM, Spoof, PrivacyWall, McAfee etc sites since telemarketers start reappearing 13-14 weeks after registering on the Feds DoNotCallRegistry. I hadn't discovered this Blog yet, so I Itelius'd it and (this is great) it is listed as a Landline ... check it out...... at :

The caller id comes up as "Universal Circulation". They have called my home phone multiple times today claiming to be a part a newspaper in my local area. Don't give out any personal information. The person on the other end was male.
