Who called from 7045278644

After they called numberous times while I wasn't home, I finally answered one day when I was.
This company was a "collection agency plus sign-up company" for my local newspaper.
They were collecting on my past due bill of $17 (plus next month's for a total of $27) and told me that I was going to be at a lower rate per month for now on.

The savings ALMOST sounded too good to be true, until I ASKED will the amount will be automatically deducted from my account continuously. THAT'S when the young lady told me yes, it would.

When I told her, NEVERMIND, she THEN said that all I would owe right now is $20.00.

I told her.....NEVERMIND!

Thank you for this info! I've been getting these calls but I've never picked up. I now know not to worry about it!

7045278644 called my girlfriend, she didn't recognize the number so didn't answer it; 1/15/2010.

I keep getting calls from this number several times a day for the past 2 weeks.  How can I stop this from happening?????  I tried to text "stop" to this number but it did not work...

Keep getting calls from this number, can't block it with my plan. Very annoynig.  Never leaves message and when you call back, don't get a voicemail.   Again, ANNOYING.
