Just another fake "FedEx" number. I called back, and goes to a prerecorded message. Seriously the phone company gives out numbers to anyone...like it candy!

(704) 542-4098 Called it back recorded message telling you to call 1-800-GOFEDEX. Calling to inform me that my pickup time has been changed for a return package.

I got a call, too and it really was Fedex. They left a message that I needed to clarify an address. It was totally legit.
