This was a Windows computer (PC) scam where they pretend to be Windows Technical Support and possibly convince you to install something where they can ransom your pc. Caller ID read "Burris Donalene" http://www.microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx
let me add to my earlier post - the callID was spoofed to look like a local number/phone # - I'm sure that the number and name listed had nothing to do with the call.
This number rang an hour after a Canadian Online Pharma call, and 90 minutes after a Card Services call. This is why I never answer my phone and send all calls to VM on one ring. I'm convinced that there are many international scammer databases. I'm sorry to tell you, I'm certain once the scummers start calling you, they will simply never stop.
