My mother in law is so livid that I am working from home and no longer commuting to work that she is signing up for everything in sight on the internet -just so I can be harassed on a daily basis from home. Since I began working from home the telemarketing calls have increased 70 percent....and clearly I've been on every DO NOT CALL list since the beginning of time. I trace calls, file complaints, you name it. Today's latest is courtesy the following scam...which will hang up on you if you attempt to call them back. To make it more interesting....I am calling the Charlotte, NC police department to let them know (in addition to the telephone company) what Mother in Law Deartest is doing.....plus these companies not being smart enough to check the Caller ID list.
They are a HUD approved counceling agency for people who are falling behind in their mortgage payments. They will be a liason between you and your lender to help you work out a feasible payment plan.
