One of the "hits" when I googled this number reported that this number generated four (4) SPAM calls this morning. The phone rang only four (4) times. That usually means it's a robo-call or an out-and-out SPAM caller. This is why I let my answering machine deal with unknown phone numbers.
This 3 is calling my home and cell numbers. I answered home and person indicated they are with the The North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police and when I requested they mail info, he hung up. I believe this to be Fraud.
Just got a call from this one myself. Did not answer. No message. Caller ID was just Charlotte, NC. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.
