Asking about bb&t account (hasn't been active for 3 years) asked for my last 4 digits of social. When I told him I do not disclaim that information over the phone he then asked about my address and previous address. That as well is not disclaimed over the phone. Said the phone call was being recorded. Then when I refused to give information said "we can not continue at this point." Then hung up.
