My father got a call at his house threatening that I was engaged in bank fraud and breach of contract. This also happened about 5 years ago. When enough complaints are made they will use a different number. No legal paperwork has ever been served or even mailed to me. Some how there needs to be a way to stop them.
I got a call from them saying there was a civil case against me (with a case number that isn't a legal case #) and that I should call them to discuss the case out of the courts. I do have collection accounts and this could be one of them.
Call from this number claimed a lawsuit pending against me, however they used a last name I haven't had for 14 years. Said to press 1 and they would call me back within 24 hours.
This company is fraud they refuse to give there full name and address and make up phony law suites or cases to scare you. ..If you press the matter of there refusal to give there companies issue and demand the info they will say you are harassing them and claim they transferring you to local police department but really place you on hold then hang up. Don't send these people any money or believe what the say the most like purchased a old debt for pennies and try to get you to pay full price...but in regards to the fake law suite or civil case they claim against you is always fraud or you would receive something from a court telling you about the case...and if you do receive something have it reviewed by a attorney don't assume it's legitimate.
Received a call from this number leaving a message saying papers were going to be served at home or place of work to collect debt. Please stop these people. Left no contact information to reach anyone.
Same thing but they used my last name and my exes first name whom moved out like 8 years ago. Said his name was Kevin Harper and she had 2 cases pending against her. 1 breach of contract 2 intent to fraud a financial institute. I'm glad it's a fraud and not her actually trying to take credit out as my wife or something. .
