I got a call from 704 625 2225...They have been calling me for over 3 weeks now from diffrent numbers some numbers are not even from the US, they are all disco but this one. They say they are a law office and I am under investigation from fraud but won't give me any details on why. They say if I don't pay I will be arrested within 48 hours and I have yet to be arrested, I keep asking for documents to show this but they refuse. But they keep calling with diffrent names, all sounding from India. It's just annoying they won't stop calling and won't stop calling my work, or cell. I am about to change my numbers...
My son got a call from this number about his dad then when I called back this guy just said that he was going to keep calling my 16 year old son today and then said that he was going to kill my son and then said it was a joke so wtf who in the hell does this to a person. It doesn't matter if his a dad is a criminal you don't joke about killing someones son.
i just got the same call like 20 minutes ago saying that they would be at my house in 20 minutes to arrest me for not paying a loan back to cash america which i have never had a loan with. the number they called from was 704-625-2225 it said ip communications on my caller id.
they just called back again and said the same thing except when I told them to go to hell he said I should be hunted down and killed. The mans name was mark robinson and he said the was with brooks and associates. Daniel Brooks????
I receive dthe same call at my work today .. I dont even know how they got the number. It was from David Jones and he told me the same thing that I would be arrested. I called the court house and they said I have no warrent. But David Jones said to pay the full amount by tonight and it will be settled. How was this handled for anyone else?
I got same called from this people, saying that they would be at my house in 20 minutes to arrest me for not paying a loan back to cash Advance america which i have never had a loan. I told them to go to hell and to stop harassing me.. he kept saying , I owe for a law and will go to jail if I don't pay it in full today..
I am not sure how they got my cell number... I am in Texas and According to the FDCPA law does not state anything of the above reference..
Please help.
