Who called from 7046266132

Local to my area number, calls several times per week and never leaves a message.

Calls but does not leave a message.  When I called back it said it was a non working number.

Same experience as other callers.  If you immediately return the call it says it is a non working number.

The caller said they were from my local public radio station, looking for donations.

Number keeps calling. Says its a non working number when I call back.
