Calls again and again, and doesn't leave a message.  If I answer and say Hello? they hang up.  Tried answering without saying anything and they stayed on the line without saying anything for 24 seconds.  Tried calling them back and they answer and hang up.
PLEASE STOP THEM. who are they!?!?
