Andy Bregmann called, asked for our [*****] by name. I got his name/number (direct is 704-719-7675), and informed him our people work out in the field. He said that he was calling about their work with "WVC Construction"; we've never heard of WVC.
I let him know that if [*****] is interested, they'll call him - otherwise, he could take us off his calling list.
He got very angry and demanded to know "why" [he should take us off his calling list], stating that I didn't even know why he was calling.
Of course, we all know why he was calling.
My internet research says this is a "live vehicle tracking" service.
Huh?
Got call today from a person that asked for me by first name(like I knew him) and did not identify his company. Said he has quotes in our area and it would benefit me to call him back...after reading i can see his quotes are for him to get new business not us like he tried to make it sound.
