They've threatened me with a court issue which I certainly don't have!

Just received a call saying they have a summons and wage garnishment against me which that is not true!!! Beware of this caller!!!

I received a call from this number threatening wage garnishment & litigation for a online loan I took out which I NEVER have taken out any kind of lians. When I questioned them they wouldn't provide me with information.  However they knew alot of my personal information which is scary. I would like to know how to report this number & company.

This is the second scam call I've received in a week. The last one was from a diff number. Dont give these people your money

Caller said it was about ligation, but no other information.
