Many Many Calls received from 704 761 4325, says that calling from Spectrum. Name is Rayan. Asking to switch the account form my existing business line. I asked to send technician to install cable from telephone room to my office in modem room. 4 weeks passed, every week he was calling and scheduling date and time but no one coming to install. After 4 weeks he called again and now this time he transferred to someone named Sheela. She told me to confirm my account with existing service provider and than needs to answer to 4 automated questions which covering personal access information. They asked me to have $99 non refundable installation fees. Both of the caller's are clearly speaking in Indian Accents which easily identified. Now the way they have set up this call is exactly looks like Scammers like IRS Scammers. I have 100% feelings that this call was not from the Spectrum. This was fake call from IRS scammers. I am sure that they found new way to get money from you like IRS Scammers.

Once you give your bank account information than they will not take $99 they will take more money from your account and you can not do any thing because you have given your all personal information including your Bank account details.
