Caller ID said "Monroe Staffing". Robo-message said the call was from Cardholder Services calling about lowering my credit card rates. I could press 1 to talk with a rep, or press 3 to end the call. This appears to be a scam, as there is no indication they know me or which cards I may or may not hold.
