Who called from 7047916611

Got a call from a female with an Indian accent who said she was calling from Microsoft about my computer. I replied "Uhh, I don't have a computer." - and she promptly hung up.

They called at 7:30 am Eastern time.  did not answer.  It said location is "United States", which is a big red flag.  Blocked.

called me at 5:37am in California -- when I said, "Hello???" there was no response - just a couple of heavy breaths and a lot of background noise. BLOCKED.
